Properties of Ginde aluminum plastic composite pipe
Medium layer of aluminum plastic composite pipe is welded aluminum band, and inner and external layers are all made of polyethylene. Special-purpose hot melting adhesive is used, and extrusion molding method is adopted for composite of pipe. Pressure resistance of metal pipe and corrosion resistance of plastic pipe are combined together on the pipe. Aluminum plastic composite pipe mainly have the following features:
1) Have the strength equal to metal pipe, and tends to be bended without bounce.
2)Resistance to high temperature, high pressure, corrosion with excellent performance;
3)Inner wall of the pipe is smooth, thus resistance to fluid transportation is small. Capacity of fluid transportation is superior to metal pipe of the same diameter by 30%;
4)Property of fire retardation;
5)Good performance of heat insulation with a thermal conductivity of 0.45W/m, which is smaller than that of metal pipe by far. Thus heat insulation material outside the pipe may be saved;
6)Be convenience for cutting and construction. Special-purpose fitting connection may be used instead of threading. Pipe of small diameter is supplied in roll. the length of pipe may be determined at will, and pipe may be bended at will.Thus bend and pipe fitting are unnecessary, which is convenience for construction. Therefore, labor cost can be reduced and time limit for the project would be shortened;
7) Service life may reach above 50 years;
8) Light weight, which is approximately one tenth of galvanized pipe; thus carriage cost can be economized and cost be reduced;
9) Have an effect of electromagnetic shielding;
10) Can be directly buried under ground, and metal detector can be used to detect position of the pipe;
11) Oxygen would be absolutely isolated due to utilization of aluminum core, thus bacterial reproduction is prevented.

3.Special patented products of Ginde aluminum plastic composite pipe
1)Nanometer antibiosis type aluminum plastic composite pipe. It features that parent material with an effect of antibiosis is added to the inner layer which is made of polyethylene. Thus aluminum plastic composite pipe also has the effect of antibiosis, which can be used to kill scores kinds of bacterium, such as bacilli, fungi, mildew, etc. Meanwhile, bacterium is prevented to be produced and water quality would be improved, thus requirement on health of daily life for people can be satisfied.Especially when there is no water in pipe, organic degradetion can be prevented.
2)Fire retarding type aluminum plastic composite pipe. Plastic used in traditional aluminum plastic composite pipe is inflammable; however, special-purpose fire retardant in injected into plastic used by Ginde aluminum plastic composite pipe, which make that the plastic layer of aluminum plastic composite pipe reached V0 grade, thus fire retarding grade would be increased. And the pipe would be used as threading pipe and cable sheath, etc.
3)Electrostatic shield type aluminum plastic composite pipe. Antistatic aluminum plastic composite pipe would be used to prevent production of static electricity on surface of aluminum plastic composite pipe.It is suitable to be used on occasions that static electricity is easily produced, such as mine,chemical plant, control machine room, etc.
4)Resistance to ultraviolet radiation type aluminum plastic composite pipe. It features that ultraviolet radiation resistant agent is added into the outer layer which is made of polyethylene. Thus it has good performance of resistance to ultraviolet radiation, making harmful ultraviolet radiation cannot directly expose to inside of polymer. Therefore aging can be effectively restrained. It is suitable to be used on solar energy water heater, outdoor pipe, etc.
5)Fuel gas pipe. Fuel gas pipe made in Ginde Company is made with chemical fuel gas material of Northern Europe. Tested by National Testing & Supervision Center for Appliance, each performance indicators are up to related national standard on fuel gas. Operation of fuel gas pipe would be more safe if special-purpose sealant supplied by our company is used during installation of fuel gas pipe.

III.Production technique of Ginde aluminum plastic composite pipe
1. Production equipment
The German UNICOR aluminum plastic composite pipe production line, which is the most advanced production line at present internationally, has been completely introduced by our company. Many advanced techniques have been adopted, such as extrusion together with the five layers, ultrasonic lap welding, etc. Compared with other production lines of aluminum plastic composite pipe, it mainly boasts the following five major advantages:
1)Ultrasonic welding: ultrasonic welding technique has been used at the joint of aluminum band, which leads to a large welding area of aluminum band and high welding strength;
2)Extrusion together with the five layers: compared with other coating process, the hot-melting adhesive has a excellent fluid performance, thus a high adhesive strength betweenaluminum layer and plastic is obtained;
3) On-line inspection with pressure forced inside the pipe: A pressure ranged between 0.6~0.8 MPa is forced on line, Adhesive strength is increased as the aluminum layer and plastic tightly adhere with each other. The pipe would crack on spot in case of existence of defect on welding. Therefore,up-to-standard rate out of factory may reach 100%;
4)Synchronizing controller: computer control is used along the complete production line, thus uniform and reliable product quality is able to be realized;
5)Optical inspection instrument: inspect outer wall mass and outer diameter of the pipe on-line, increasing product precision.
2.Raw material
Ginde aluminum plastic composite pipe mainly include five kinds of major raw material, namely plastic ( hot water material, cold water material), hot melt adhesive, colour batch, processing aid agent, and aluminum band. Raw material of Ginde company are all imported from famous manufacture in North AmericaEurope. Major suppliers include The Dow Chemical Company in America, Philips in America, Polyplast in Germany, DSM in Holland. Etc. Major raw material, such as polyethylene DOWLEX2344 is tested by Karlsruhe water quality test station, which would prove that pipe made of such material is suitable to be used for drinking water; data list on material safety provided by DSM Company shows that hot melt adhesive Ypares produced by the company has neither toxicity nor hypersensitivity after long term utilization. In addition,Ginde aluminum plastic composite pipe does not have heavy metals such as mercury, lead, durin production. It is clean and friendly to environment.
