1.Excellent physical characteristics
The inward high quality polyethylene used by the Ginde polyethylene water supply tubing has good rigidity and intensity, and also has good suppleness and anti-creep, and the hot-melting performance is good, which is convenient for the mounting of the plastic pipeline.
2.Corrosion resistant, long lifespan
In the coastal areas of our country, the ground water level is higher, the ground humidity is great, the seamless steel pipe must be used to prevent corrosion, and the lifespan is only 30 years. The PE pipe is light, convenient for transportation, easy to weld; the weld-throat section is few. When the pipeline is longer, the requirements for the PE pipe laid by the coil pipe (namely the pipe with the diameter less than 63mm generally) is much lower than the steel pipe. In addition, the method of the pipe dropping can be adopted for laying under water, decreasing largely the constructional difficult and project cost.

Constructional regulations
1. General regulations
1.0.1This regulation is made for mounting and using reasonably polyethylene (PE) tubing and pipefitting in the design construction and acceptance regulation of the outdoor buried polyethylene water supply pipeline project, reaching that advanced technique, economical & reasonable, convenient for construction, safe & applicable and guaranteeing water quality.
1.0.2This regulation is suitable to the design, constructional acceptance of the new built, rebuilt or expand outdoor buried polyethylene water supply pipeline project. The applicable range is the outdoor water supply pipeline that the nominal pressure of the tubing is less than 1.6MPa, the pipe diameter is less or equal to 630mm and the water transportation temperature is 0~40.
1.0.3The water supply tubing should meet with the national standard GB/J 13663-2000, the pipe fitting should meet with the European standard.
1.0.4The unit carrying on the design and construction of the polyethylene water supply pipeline project must have corresponding qualification approved by the constructional main government; the pipeline project must be done according to the document and constructional drawing; the changing plan should be agreed by the design unit.
1.0.5 This regulation can be used for the corrosive oil such as acid, alkali; for area with the settlement by soaking soil, expansive soil, permafrost soil and so on special soil layer, the corresponding regulations of the professional and national standard should also be met with.
1.0.6Besides this regulation, the design, construction and acceptance of the polyethylene water supply pipeline project should also meet the national standard "Outdoor water supply design regulation"and the relevant regulations of the exiting quality, safety, fireproof and heath specification.

III.Production technique of Ginde hdpe pipe for water supply
1. Production equipment
The German hdpe pipe for water supply production line, which is the most advanced production line at present internationally, has been completely introduced by our company. Many advanced techniques have been adopted, such as extrusion together with the five layers, ultrasonic lap welding, etc. Compared with other production lines of aluminum plastic composite pipe, it mainly boasts the following five major advantages:
1)Ultrasonic welding: ultrasonic welding technique has been used at the joint of aluminum band, which leads to a large welding area of aluminum band and high welding strength;
2)Extrusion together with the five layers: compared with other coating process, the hot-melting adhesive has a excellent fluid performance, thus a high adhesive strength betweenaluminum layer and plastic is obtained;
3) On-line inspection with pressure forced inside the pipe: A pressure ranged
between 0.6~0.8 MPa is forced on line, Adhesive strength is increased as the aluminum layer and plastic tightly adhere with each other. The pipe would crack on spot in case of existence of defect on welding. Therefore,up-to-standard rate out of factory may reach 100%;
4)Synchronizing controller: computer control is used along the complete production line, thus uniform and reliable product quality is able to be realized;
5)Optical inspection instrument: inspect outer wall mass and outer diameter of the pipe on-line, increasing product precision.
2.Raw material
Raw material of Ginde company are all imported from famous manufacture in North AmericaEurope. Major suppliers include The Dow Chemical Company in America, Philips in America, Polyplast in Germany, DSM in Holland. Etc. Major raw material, such as polyethylene DOWLEX2344 is tested by Karlsruhe water quality test station, which would prove that pipe made of such material is suitable to be used for drinking water; data list on material safety provided by DSM Company shows that hot melt adhesive Ypares produced by the company has neither toxicity nor hypersensitivity after long term utilization.
